The flow of Reiki, or universal energy, is perpetual and thereby ever present. Experience of a craving or need originates in the mind. The cure by means of a Reiki treatment is based on healing the mind, by making it whole. Universal energy can then once again flow freely, following original intention.
Reiki-energy can appear in different forms, depending on the true need of its recipient. It can assert its influence on either one or more of the spiritual, rational emotional or physical levels. Because Reiki works at the source of the problem, it can be of help in developing self-knowledge and discovering the essence of one’s own being.
Reiki can be applied to all manner of physical and mental complaints. The extent of the cure depends on the extent to which one is open to the treatment and the change which can follow from it. If a complaint is so severe or final that it cannot be cured, Reiki can often bring relief.
